Hey Backers,
First can we just say how awesome you are to support us, believe in us, and then have so much patience with us as we work through the trials of a start up? Seriously you are awesome and we really appreciate your support!
We are VERY happy to say that the ERVO desks have shipped and are crossing the ocean as we speak to our various fulfillment centers near you! Check this out:
That is a lot of desks! :) and they look so good...
Please be aware that we are shipping them via sea freight which means they will be on the ocean for 40 days from today. At that time, we will begin shipping the individual rewards to all of you. With those shipping times, we estimate that your ERVO desks will arrive on your doorsteps the beginning of June. Again, this is our realistic timeline and we wanted to make sure you were all aware, as you have been such good supporters so far.
These desks will change the way you work, and help you take a stand for a more engaged and healthy life! As always, we will keep you updated along the way.

Survey Lockdown Date

Hi Everyone!
*Important update for anyone that has not completed their survey on Backerkit.
By now each of you should have selected your desk color and given us your shipping address. However, we know that some of you have still not completed your surveys. We will be locking down our surveys a week from today (Friday March 25th) and If you don’t tell us what desk color you want or where to send it, we won't be able to send you your desk. So PLEASE check your email inbox for that survey from Backerkit (the company helping to manage your addresses and orders). If you have not received the survey, or have any questions at all about updating your shipping address, or anything to do with surveys and choosing your rewards, you can get help by emailing Nick directly at [email protected]
Again the survey will be closing on March 25th, so this means if you need to change your address or desk color you need to do so before the 25th. Once we have locked these orders down you will not be able to make any more changes to your order.
We also wanted to give you another brief update on the desks. Production has finished and our factory is just finishing the packaging of each desk. Shipping arrangements have been made and we will be sending out another update soon about the departure of the desks!

Desks are Being Packaged!

Hey Everyone!
We want to thank each of you for being so supportive and patient as we finalize production and prepare to ship these desks to each of you. We could not ask for a better group of supporters!
We are excited to see our manufacturers put the finishing touches on our desks. It is amazing to see how far we have come! Below are some new images of our products getting boxed up for shipment.
Unfortunately, due to Chinese New Year, which is a four week vacation period for our manufacturers, we had to extend our shipping date four more weeks accordingly. Originally, we anticipated getting ahead of their holiday break; however, because we recently extended our shipping date to ensure highest quality production (as we shared out in our previous update) this caused our new shipping date to land during their holiday break. The new estimated arrival date is now the beginning of May.
